Western Dental Services Inc,Orange, Calif, has converted all of its more than 260 dental andorthodontic offices in California, Arizona, and Nevada to digital dentalx-rays.
The year-long conversion was aimed at giving patients immediatefeedback to get them more involved in their dental health and atreducing their radiation exposure.
“Digital x-ray technology has made our offices safer, greener, andmore efficient,” said Samuel H. Gruenbuam, president and CEO of WesternDental. “Converting all of our offices was a considerable investment,but our dentists, technicians, and our patients are very happy that wedid.”
