Charlene White’s Progressive Concepts will hold a Mastering Management Workshop in San Antonio, Tex, on September 20 and 21. The goals of the workshop are to teach orthodontists and their staff the following:
• How to define the role of office manager and clinical manager;
• how to be the right-hand person to the CEO (Committed Executive Orthodontist);
• how to take the guesswork out of salary reviews;
• how to set up staff accountability systems;
• how to motivate your staff to enjoy their work; and
• how to evaluate the schedule and set productivity goals.
