OrthoSynetics Inc, Southlake, Tex, a provider of orthodontic and dental practice management services, has promoted David Marks to president and CEO. He has been COO with the company since September 2009.
Daniel D. Crowley has been appointed executive chairman of the firm’s Board of Directors. He has been a member of the Board since 2007.
The positions of president, chief executive and chairman were held by Chris Roussos, who is leaving the company to pursue other interests.
Marks has been a CEO, president, or senior executive in the practice-management industry for the past 29 years and has been in health care management positions for 33 years.
Crowley, a former Fortune 500 chairman and CEO, has more than 30 years of executive management and board experience in health care services businesses, ranging from health insurance to physician and dental practice management.
