Intiveo announced an integration with Carestream Dental’s Sensei Cloud platform aimed at centralizing important patient engagement data.

Intiveo, a patient engagement software provider, and Carestream Dental announced the completion of an integration with Sensei Cloud, the flagship platform of Sensei, the practice and patient management solutions brand of Carestream Dental.

As an early adopter to integrate with Sensei Cloud, Intiveo’s patient engagement technology can now offer improved patient service to dental practices, according to the company. The integration provides a platform to access appointment reminders, two-way communication, and feedback collection, establishing a singular, efficient touchpoint for patient engagement.

The integration was developed in response to Sensei Cloud and Intiveo customers asking for an improved patient experience, according to Intiveo, and will open the door to support additional dental practices that utilize both Intiveo and Sensei Cloud.
