According to an article in the Danvers [Mass] Herald, Adrian J. Costanza, DDS, an orthodontist who has offices in Danvers and Revere, held a Prom King and Queen Of Smiles Contest for all his patients who wished to enter. All they had to do was submit a photo at the prom. Fellow patients cast votes to pick the winner. The winners got a season pass to a local water park.
