Glidewell will distribute Carestream Dental’s cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) imaging systems in North America.
Glidewell has entered into an agreement to distribute Carestream Dental’s cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) imaging systems in the United States and Canada.
CBCT imaging systems from Carestream Dental provide high-resolution 3D images of a patient’s teeth, jaw, and surrounding structures. The imaging devices allow dental professionals to more accurately diagnose and treat a range of dental conditions, including complex implant cases.
To deliver more options to dental professionals, Glidewell will also be distributing intraoral sensors, wall-mounted and handheld generators, and imaging software from Carestream Dental.
As part of the distribution agreement, the companies will work to co-develop educational initiatives and training programs, ensuring customers are able maximize the usage and value of their CBCT technology.
