The company has started DEXIS AI Month to provide clinicians with free access to its DEXassist AI solution through May.
DEXIS has launched DEXIS AI Month, a new initiative offering clinicians free access to its FDA-cleared artificial intelligence diagnostic technology through May 31, 2026. The program is designed to increase the adoption of AI-supported diagnostics in dental practices.
Promotional Access and Upgrades
Through May 31, 2026, eligible clinicians using DEXIS Imaging v10 or DTX Studio Clinic can receive free access to the DEXassist AI feature set. Additionally, clinicians currently on DEXIS Imaging v9 can get free access to DEXassist during the same period, along with a 50% discount on an upgrade to DEXIS Imaging v10.
AI Software Capabilities
The latest version of DEXIS AI is available on both DTX Studio Clinic and the DEXIS Imaging Suite, operating on a single FDA-cleared AI engine. The software can identify up to 14 AI-supported findings on 2D intraoral radiographs, including recently added restorative indicators. According to the company, the system performs full-mouth detection and layout up to five times faster than previous versions.
The software also provides caries visualization, alveolar bone level measurement and comparison, intelligent grouping of findings, and customizable viewing layers. In 2025, DEXIS AI analyzed more than 120 million clinical findings, according to the company.
Workflow Integration
DEXassist is designed to integrate into existing clinical workflows to support productivity and patient communication.
“DEXIS AI is built for real clinical impact. DEXIS AI Month is our way of opening the doors and inviting clinicians to experience powerful AI that’s already working at scale, seamlessly integrated into workflows they trust,” says Robert Befidi, president of DEXIS, in a release.
Program Details
The AI functionality in the DEXIS Imaging Suite is enabled through an integration with DTX Studio Clinic. Detailed information on program eligibility and activation for the DEXassist solution is available on the company’s website.
