SOTA Cloud and Overjet have completed an integration that embeds Overjetโ€™s FDA-cleared clinical AI directly into the SOTA Cloud dental imaging platform.

SOTA Cloud and Overjet have finalized the integration of Overjetโ€™s FDA-cleared clinical AI technology into the SOTA Cloud dental imaging platform. This development enables clinicians to access diagnostic AI tools directly within the SOTA Cloud system.

Imaging and AI in One Workflow

With the integration now live, clinicians using both systems can capture dental images and receive near real-time AI analysis for conditions including caries, calculus, bone levels, periapical radiolucencies, and anatomical structures. All analysis occurs within SOTA Cloud, eliminating the need to switch between platforms.

โ€œThe value isnโ€™t just AI, itโ€™s AI in the workflow,โ€ said Albert Kim, CEO at SOTA Cloud. โ€œWith Overjetโ€™s FDA-cleared clinical AI inside SOTA Cloud, practices gain speed, consistency across locations, and better patient understanding. And because our platform is open and flexible, practices have the freedom to choose the AI tools they trust without changing their workflow.โ€

Visual Tools Support Patient Understanding

The platform now includes AI-powered annotations on images, aimed at improving patient communication. Overjet reported that more than 85% of patients in a recent survey said they would โ€œfeel more confidentโ€ in their diagnosis if they could clearly see the problem. Overjet customers also reported a 25% average increase in case acceptance.

โ€œWeโ€™re excited to see our AI technology fully integrated into SOTA Cloudโ€™s platform,โ€ said Wardah Inam, Overjet founder and CEO. โ€œThis collaboration makes it easier than ever for clinicians to deliver data-driven care and for patients to make informed decisions about their treatment.โ€

Platform Designed for Diagnostic Efficiency

According to the companies, the integration combines cloud-based imaging and AI capabilities to improve diagnostic speed, accuracy, and patient outcomes. The announcement underscores a joint focus on clinical innovation and interoperability in dental technology.
