Intiveo announced the launch of Intiveo Direct, a new self-serve patient engagement plan available online and debuting at ADA’s SmileCon with special pricing for attendees.

Intiveo, a patient engagement software provider used by more than 14,000 dental practices across North America, has launched Intiveo Direct, a self-serve plan aimed at simplifying access to patient communication tools. The plan will be available for purchase at the company’s booth (#679) during the American Dental Association’s SmileCon in Washington, DC, from October 23 to 25, with exclusive event pricing.

Built for Entry-Level Access

Intiveo Direct is designed to offer dental and specialty practices essential communication tools such as appointment reminders, digital intake forms, and patient recalls. The plan can be purchased directly from Intiveo’s website and is structured for affordability and ease of use.

“Right now many practices are limited by, and reliant on, their PMS which can be risky and hold them back from moving their practice forward when they’re ready,” said Josh DeVries, CEO and co-founder of Intiveo. “Intiveo Direct meets these practices where they’re at. It’s easy to adopt, powerful from day one, and practices can add on features at their own pace.”

Scalable Features as Practices Grow

Practices can begin by selecting the tools they need, including automated appointment reminders or digital intake forms. As their needs evolve, additional features like two-way chat, referral management, and online review requests can be added.

Key features of Intiveo Direct include customizable, automated appointment reminders, automated recall messaging, patient outreach tools, and the ability to send, receive, and manage patient forms.
