Addressing maxillary cants can be challenging in orthodontics. To counteract this, a TPA appliance is employed for controlled expansion. Buttons strategically placed on the lingual surfaces of premolars and second molars to avoid rolling, along with inverted brackets, prevent protrusion, and ensure optimal alignment.
