DentalMonitoring and Ormco have launched a new partnership offering 25% discounts on remote monitoring fees and a software integration to streamline refinement workflows for Spark aligner users.

DentalMonitoring and Ormco unveiled a new Partnership Program during the 2025 American Association of Orthodontists Annual Session, aiming to expand access to remote monitoring and streamline clinical workflows.

Discounted Monitoring for Ormco Providers

The collaboration provides Ormco customers with a 25% discount on monitoring fees for all newly started cases, including Spark Clear Aligners and bracket systems like Damon Ultima. The program is intended to broaden adoption of DentalMonitoring’s AI-powered platform among Ormco practices.

“As the orthodontic industry evolves, our goal is to make remote monitoring accessible, impactful, and financially sustainable for every practice,” said Philippe Salah, CEO of DentalMonitoring. “Our partnership with Ormco brings doctors powerful clinical tools and meaningful savings.”

Smart STL Integration for Spark Refinements and Retainers

The companies also announced a new integration between DentalMonitoring and Spark Approver Software. The integration allows providers to initiate refinements or request retainers without an additional in-office scan.

The Smart STL feature combines the initial intraoral scan, recent DentalMonitoring images, and the Spark Stage file to create a production-ready STL file. Clinicians can initiate requests directly in the Spark software, eliminating the need for a new scan or office visit.

“This integration is a game-changer for both patient convenience and operational efficiency,” said Jay Issa, Vice President of Portfolio Management at Ormco. “By streamlining workflows, it empowers Spark providers to work more efficiently, minimize overhead, and keep patients on track with their treatment plans—no matter where they are. It’s a meaningful advancement that reflects our commitment to innovation and improving the provider and patient experience alike.”

AAO Booth Details

Both the new partnership and software integration will be showcased at AAO 2025 at the DentalMonitoring booth (#2027) and the Ormco booth (#1015).
