DentalMonitoring CEO Philippe Salah received the Baldrige Foundation Excellence in Leadership award for the healthcare sector.
The Washington, DC-based Baldrige Foundation announced the winners of their Excellence in Leadership Awards, naming DentalMonitoring chief executive officer Philippe Salah a recipient in the healthcare sector.
“I accept this accolade in tandem with my team at DentalMonitoring, of whom I have the privilege of working alongside,” said Salah. “I am proud of the fact that our AI-powered platform and patented technology allow us to improve the quality of care, enabling practice optimization and growth while improving patient experience.”
The Malcolm Baldrige Award Program was established in 1987 by the US Congress to identify and recognize role-model businesses and disseminate and share best practices. For nearly 30 years, Baldrige award recipients have driven innovation in every sector of the economy.
“We have four categories of leadership awards that recognize outstanding individuals, leaders, and supporters who embody Baldrige leadership and management values and principles and who have provided outstanding service to the Baldrige community and beyond,” said Al Faber, President and CEO of the Foundation for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
The Foundation’s Leadership Awards will be presented during the Foundation Awards Luncheon held as part of the annual Quest for Excellence conference near Washington, DC, on April 4, 2023.
“Our organization succeeds because we have a shared goal that is bigger than any of us,” said Salah. “To lead such an extraordinary team is to be a constant motor behind our vision of connected, smarter, and more sustainable orthodontic care.”
