OrthoChats, Kansas City, Mo, a HIPAA compliant live web chat provider for orthodontists, announced that the company is seeing 15% growth monthly and has expanded into another 10,000 square feet to accommodate this growth.
The company reports that it is servicing more than 1,200 clients and has officially surpassed 500,000 individual online chat sessions managed. The expansion into another structure will add 10,000 square feet to their previous 7,500 square foot location and will allow the company to continue to recruit chat specialists to meet customer needs.
