The supply management platform announced the appointments alongside record growth and the upcoming launch of an AI invoice verification tool.
Orthodontic Details has appointed Oliver Gelles and Anil Idiculla, DMD, as senior advisors. The announcement follows the company’s report of its highest-performing quarter to date and precedes the launch of a new invoice verification tool.
New Advisors Bring Industry Experience
Gelles brings more than two decades of experience in the orthodontic industry. He recently joined DentalMonitoring as head of global communications and professional education and previously held the role of chief marketing officer at OrthoFi. He also worked in senior commercial roles at Ormco.
Idiculla, founder of Peak Orthodontics, has over 15 years of clinical experience. He previously served on the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) Board of Trustees and was involved with Corus Orthodontists.

Company Growth and Platform Usage
Gelles and Idiculla join Nicole Scheffler, DDS, MS, on the senior advisory team. According to the company, Orthodontic Details is on track to double its 2025 growth by the middle of 2026.
During Q1 of 2026, practice customers placed more than 28,000 orders to over 200 suppliers through the platform.
“What Details has built in terms of both technology and supplier partnerships isn’t easy,” says Gelles, in a release. “I’ve been watching Details from afar since their launch, and what they’re doing is really impressive. This is clearly where the industry needs to go, and I’m thrilled to help them take it to the next level!”
Upcoming AI Invoice Tool Launch
The company also announced the upcoming release of Bill Check, an AI-powered invoice verification tool. The product will be introduced at the AAO Annual Session in Orlando, held May 1 to 3.
