Metrex Research Corp, Orange, Calif, introduces the newest member of its surface disinfection line, CaviWipes in a flat pack. According to the company, the patented design offers a new easy-open/easy-close pull tab with slim, flexible packaging and adhesive-backed strips. Each flat pack contains durable, nonwoven, nonabrasive disposable towelettes presaturated with CaviCide® surface disinfectant cleaner.
CaviWipes are designed to clean and disinfect hard, nonporous surfaces. According to the company, CaviWipes are tuberculocidal, bactericidal, virucidal, and fungicidal. They are proven to kill tuberculosis in 3 minutes; and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, HIV-1, Hepatitis B virus, and Hepatitis C virus in 2 minutes.
