ACCEPTx Software LLC, Bountiful, Utah, a financial services software company, has received pre-Series A financing from Utah investor and businessman Alan Hall.

"This financing agreement announced today with Mr Hall puts the company on solid ground and allows us to focus on selling our financial services software to orthodontists and other elective procedure health care professionals," said ACCEPTx President and CEO, Brett Blake. "It also provides the necessary capital to complete our transition from Nevada and to open our new office in Bountiful, Utah."

ACCEPTx was founded in 2005 by Jed Feller, DDS, a practicing orthodontist with offices in Las Vegas, to distribute ACCEPTx Software, which manages patient point-of-purchase for orthodontists. On March 15, 2008, the company signed a lease and moved its headquarters to the Colonial Square shopping center in Bountiful, where it expects to hire more than 20 employees in the next 24 to 36 months.

"ACCEPTx is positioned to significantly improve the profitability of doctors practicing elective medical and dental procedures," Hall said. "I’ve had the opportunity to invest in dozens of Utah entrepreneurs, but this ACCEPTx investment also allows the state to benefit from dozens of high-paying jobs that will be created in the coming months. I see this investment as a win for both investors and for the community.”
