Discus Dental LLC, Culver City, Calif, has donated approximately $10,000 in oral hygiene products to Operation Gratitude,an organization that sends care packages to members of the US armedforces overseas. The company collected donations from attendees atrecent tradeshows and dedicated a percentage of all show sales to thiseffort.
The donation included a range of BreathRx products, including mouthrinse, toothpaste, and floss. According to Operation Gratitude, oralhygiene products are some of the most requested items from servicemembers serving overseas in arid climates that cause dry mouths andthroats.
