Henry Schein Inc, Melville, NY, and Iscopia, MontrÉal, have launched The Henry Schein Dental Hiring Solution, an online hiring tool for dental professionals. The new system, which is exclusively available through Henry Schein Dental, helps users categorize prospective employees by matching candidates’ credentials to job openings.
The system features six of the most common job profiles, including hygienist, office manager, and treatment coordinator. Profiles are delivered as modules that include customizable, pre-built job descriptions; online tests and questionnaires; candidate ranking reports; interview guides; and reference checks. The system integrates information from a number of popular job boards.
