Henry Schein, distributor of health care products and services to office-based practitioners in the North American and European markets, is partnering with the American Cancer Society to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October by announcing its second annual “Think Pink” program.
“At Henry Schein, we are pleased to support a number of causes that are of importance to our customers, and clearly breast cancer awareness is one of them,” said James Breslawski, president and COO of Henry Schein. “Our annual ‘Think Pink’ program is an innovative way in which our customers and supplier partners can participate directly and support the work of the American Cancer Society as they continue to address this important public health issue.”
During the months of October and November, Henry Schein will provide the opportunity for patients to purchase a special selection of “Pink” dental and medical items that have been created in partnership with several manufacturers. A portion of the sales of these items will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
