Kolibree_RabbidsArrowA new interactive obstacle race game, featuring characters from the television series Rabbids® Invasion, has been released through a new partnership between toothbrush company Kolibree and game developer Ubisoft. The game, Rabbids Smart Brush, is designed to help improve the brushing habits of young children.

The Rabbids Smart Brush app is a child-friendly teaching tool that guides young users through a crazy running game that “supports overall fitness as well as improved dental hygiene,” according to the companies.

The 3D motion sensors in the Kolibree electric toothbrush handle allow the toothbrush to double as a game controller, connecting to the mobile app via Bluetooth. The screen displays the game as well as a visual guide that shows where to brush.

The Kolibree smart sonic toothbrush weighs 2.5 ounces and uses vibration to remove plaque and bacteria that cause tooth and gum disease. It comes with two brush heads and an induction charger. Each toothbrush accommodates up to five users with interchangeable brush heads. Additional three-packs of color-coded brush heads are available.

Rabbids Smart Brush is available in the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad for free through July 15, 2016. The one-time price will then be $1.99. The game is designed to complement Kolibree’s free flagship app, which is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play. The flagship app includes the Go Pirate game for kids and Coach monitoring feature for adults.
