Patients can view open appointment slots and then schedule themselves instead of calling in to ask about available appointment times. In addition, patients have access to information about upcoming and historical appointments, which can help reduce the costs of no-show rates.
The app can be customized and branded with a practice’s logo and/or images and features comprehensive contact information for the practice, giving patients easy access to maps, phone, email, and social media account information for the practice. The app also allows patients to instantly post reviews on Google business pages. Practices can also publish coupons on the app to attract new patients.
