Central Ohio-based dentist Sy Viet Nguyen, DDS, has created Bracees, a new product designed to improve patient satisfaction while undergoing orthodontic treatment.
Bracees are charms attached to a patient’s braces during treatment. They are designed to protect the patient’s cheeks from cuts and sores, and can be used in place of orthodontic wax during treatment.
Bracees allow patients to personalize the look of their braces during treatment. They are available with a number of different symbols, including hearts, footballs, musical notes, flowers, and motorcycles. In addition, they are available in a range of colors, including clear.
