OrthoBanc, Chattanooga, Tenn, has rolled out a number of updates to its AccepTx Pro Treatment and Fee Presentation tool.
AccepTx Pro 3.0 features a new visual design and allows for more customization. For example, practices can now include a practice logo and marketing text on the initial treatment presentation that is shared and viewed by the responsible party at home. The fee presentation portion of the tool also includes additional customization options.
In addition, an electronic signature feature has been added to custom forms. This options allows practices to upload any practice forms that need to be signed at the time of accepting treatment. The responsible party can view these forms from home and electronically sign the necessary documents.
