Tiffany Wilson Karp has joined Scientific Compliance, Atlanta, as COO. Karp joined the company from ACell Inc, where she most recently served as the vice president of corporate strategy and finance. Karp also brings considerable US and international experience in strategic planning, management consulting, and investment banking in other technology-related industries. She earned a BBA in International Business from Loyola University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Scientific Compliance provides a solution that allows the orthodontist to measure retainer compliance. A SMART MicroSensor that measures and stores a variety of environmental data is embedded in the retainer. This data can only be uploaded via wireless technology. SMART Software allows the results to be shown on the orthodontist’s computer screen.
