Temrex Acquires Copalite Brand from Cooley and Cooley

Temrex,Freeport, NY, has acquired the assets of Cooley & Cooley Ltd, Houston,including its Copalite brand.

The acquisition adds Cooley & Cooley’s cements and varnishes, aswell as other products, to the existing products Temrex distributesglobally.

In 2005, Temrex acquired the JR Rand Corp, Deer Park, NY.
