Ormco Corp, Orange, Calif, will host its 7th annual Insignia Global Users Meeting in New York City at the Intercontinental New York Barclay, October 19 to 21, 2017. The meeting will offer clinical presentations, a focus on CBCT root data integration (TruRoot), advanced and beginner tracks, a dedicated staff program, mentoring sessions, and networking opportunities. Moreover, the meeting will provide the latest views on how Insignia can be used to improve clinical success and drive practice growth.

According to a press release from the company, the Insignia Global Users Meeting’s clinical program aims to enhance day-to-day practice workflow, patient results, and overall efficiency. Workshops, mentoring sessions, and presentations cover initial smile design with Insignia through to detailed methods for achieving consistent results with challenging cases.

This year marks the first year the meeting will include a dedicated staff program. The staff program is designed to ensure the entire orthodontic team has the tools, resources, and skills needed to provide an exceptional patient experience. This track will review marketing, bonding, daily workflow, and relevant clinical skills relating to Insignia.

Currently, Drs David Sarver, Philippe Van Steenberghe, and David Gonzalez Zamora are scheduled to present at the meeting. A sampling of clinical topics and presentations include:

For participants who are new to Insignia, Dr Sonia Palleck will conduct a pre-meeting Insignia Essentials Seminar on October 19, 2017. Participants in this 1-day seminar will be guided through the Insignia software and discover the advantages of digital smile design and customized appliances.
