Henry Schein Dental Academy if offering a webinar focused on pediatric dentistry and orthodontic office design. The webinar, titled “Design Guide: Patient -and-Parent-Centered Design in Pediatric & Orthodontic Practices,” will take place March 30, 2021, at 8:00 pm ET.
The webinar will focus on how every aspect of the patient/parent experience in the office is critical to increasing patient retention rates. By applying a human-centric approach to the design of the office, this creates engaging spaces for all to enjoy and allows the practice to streamline its workflows.
Jennifer Rhode, senior manager, and Roby Connors, designer, both at Integrated Design Studio, along with Ben Oliver, equipment sales specialist at Henry Schein Dental will lead the webinar and discuss design strategies proven to deliver a positive patient experience and increase patient retention. They will discuss the definition of human-centric design for the dental office, as well as design strategies for pediatric and orthodontic specialties that are critical to increase patient retention—specifically welcoming environments, efficient zoning for time optimization, and engagement driven experiences.
The webinar will also explore the benefits of a pediatric and orthodontic combined practice to increase practice capabilities to drive revenue. Finally, the webinar will offer design examples to offer inspiration, including floor plans, conceptual palettes, and engagement opportunities.
