Vicki Newell, partner and chief executive officer of Engaged Practice Growth Specialists, along with Sherri Agosta, RDH, senior practice consultant, will be the featured guest speakers on today’s edition of OrthoThrive, hosted by Richie Guerzon, co-founder of Ortho Sales Engine, from noon to 1:00 pm EST.

Newell has more than 30 years of experience in the orthodontic industry. Her experience ranges from 9 years in private practice to orthodontic sales, marketing and consulting. The concept for Systemized Orthodontic Consulting Group (now Engaged Ortho) grew out of her in-depth knowledge of the industry and the day-to-day management of a busy orthodontic practice.
Agosta also brings more than 30 years of orthodontic knowledge and skills to Engaged Ortho. She managed a successful, high-volume orthodontic practice for most of her career. She has specialized in clinical training, treatment coordinating, identifying and recruiting orthodontic talent, staff management, leadership, and practice financials.
