Forestadent USA, St Louis, has announced the next session of the JSOP® (Just Short of Perfect) Course with Ron Roncone, DDS, MS, will begin August 3, 2017. The 1-year course consists of three 4-day group sessions held in Vista, Calif.
The course covers both practice and clinical management. Attendees focus on management, financial, and marketing issues related to the practice, as well as diagnosis and treatment planning, monitoring/measurement tools for the practice, and scheduling.
The goal of the course is to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability in the practice.
