Kodak is celebrating 25 years of providing orthodontists with practice-management solutions with the release of its Orthotrac Practice Management Software v10.0.
The software features more than 60 enhancements, including electronic document storage, fingerprint scanning, electronic signature, and automatic bank draft service.
“These new features will help orthodontists improve organization and productivity in their practice,” said Susan Whitt, product line manager for orthodontic products. “Routine activities become automated, saving the office staff valuable time. Productivity increases, because the team can focus on providing patient care, booking appointments, checking patients out, and doing it all faster in a paperless environment.”
Orthotrac Software uses standard orthodontic practice workflows and terminology familiar to the orthodontic community. It is designed as a multi-user application and provides multiple-orthodontist and multiple-location support. Other features include the ability to create patient flow, patient tracking, and communications systems, which are now part of most orthodontic practice managements systems. The software combines these features with an electronic, orthodontic-specific treatment card.
