As February marks Children’s Dental Health Month, the companies are calling for nominations of dental professionals and offices demonstrating a commitment to oral health to children in underserved communities.

To celebrate Children’s Dental Health Month in February, Crest and Oral-B are calling for nationwide nominations of pediatric and family dental professionals, and offices that demonstrate consistent commitment to promoting oral health to underserved children in their communities.

Starting Monday, February 1, the public will be invited to submit their nominations through its Dental Care website.  Winners will receive Crest+ Oral-B Kids 3+ electric rechargeable toothbrush systems to help support their children’s oral care outreach efforts. Approximately 1,200 total brushes will be distributed to the winning offices.

The company is encouraging the public’s support in building awareness for the Crest and Oral-B Together We Can Conquer Cavities program to celebrate the work that is being done by dental professionals.

According to the company, Crest and Oral-B believe that early education can help empower parents and children to develop and continue healthy, lifelong oral care habits, which, in turn, may help reduce the current early childhood cavity epidemic in the United States.

Nominations will be received through Friday, February 26. Winners will be announced in March 2021. No purchases are necessary. For further information on submission rules, visit the website.
