The Elevate dental patient chair is designed for optimum patient positioning for specialized procedures, while the new high flow suction system reportedly provides better aerosol capture during treatment.

ASI Dental has released two new products: its new Elevate dental patient chair and high flow suction system upgrade.

Designed to provide advanced treatment capabilities, the Elevate chair features allow for patient positioning to be optimized for specialized procedures. The chair includes a swivel feature that allows for side to side movement with a 60-degree range, as well as traverse movement which allows the chair to glide forward and backward. In addition, the chair features dual articulation headrest, backrest, and a programmable membrane chair control.

The new high flow suction system upgrade is now available for any new ASI self-contained systems or as a retrofit for existing carts. The high flow vacuum reportedly provides 20% extra flow, which can better capture aerosols during treatment. According to the company, the added flow can improve suction performance with simultaneous use of the saliva ejector and high-volume evacuator or when using a second HVE for nitrous oxide scavenging applications.

ASI’s self-contained models also feature three pneumatic handpiece connections, dual air/water syringes, internal air compressor, dual closed water bottle system with waterline disinfection treatment cartridge, and assistant arm with straight high-volume evacuator, saliva ejector.
