According to the company, mConsent is a healthcare technology platform that includes digital patient intake forms, patient scheduling, 2-way text appointment reminders, secure digital billing and payments, and now also includes televisit video consults and conferencing.
mConsent features synchronous live video conferencing and asynchronous store-and-forward video conferencing.
According to the company, mConsent is the first patient intake form software designed with dental offices in mind. With mConsent, patients can complete and electronically sign dental consent forms using iPads. The software integrates directly into Dentrix, Dentrix Enterprise, Eaglesoft, Opendental, athenahealth, and other common dental practice management software. It is compatible with electronic health record software, including eClinicalWOrks, Epic, Centricity, and more. Additionally, mConsent enables practices to customize and brand all in-take forms and workflows to their individual needs.
