Larry W. White, DDS, MSD, has published Orthodontic Pearls: A Clinician’s Guide. The 200-page book is a collection of clinical and management tips written by 122 authors from around the world. According to White, the book "rests on the premise that all of us are a lot smarter than any single one of us, and all technology, no matter how minor, increases exponentially when shared."
White has been practicing orthodontics for more than 30 years, and has published several books and more than 100 professional articles. He currently practices in Dallas and teaches in the Orthodontic Department at Baylor Dental College.
Orthodontic Pearls is available in hardcover, and includes 843 color illustrations. The book features advice on a wide range of clinical treatments as well as patient management, diagnosis, treatment planning, compliance issues, and personnel solutions.
