Due to UPS and FedEx surcharges, the company will repackage its gypsum, moving from 25, 50, and 55 lb cartons to 33 lb cartons. 

Whip Mix announced a change to its gypsum packaging. As a result of surcharges on 50lb+ packages introduced at the beginning of 2020 by UPS and FedEx, Whip Mix will be changing all 25, 50 and 55 lb cartons of our gypsum packaging to 33 lb cartons. 

The company is currently working on phasing in this change-over and expects to start shipping the new size starting in late-September.
