As part of the plan to expand its orthodontic practice, SmileCare Family Dentistry appointed Eric Pellkofer as its director of orthodontic operations. He has been with SmileCare for 6 years, first serving as its district manager and being promoted to regional director for Orange County and San Diego.
“SmileCare has undergone significant, positive changes over the past year with investments in benefits for dentists, intraoral cameras, teeth whitening systems and other equipment to support quality dental experiences for patients,” says Pellkofer. “It’s an exciting place to build a career in dentistry.”
Pellkofer is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University. He began his career in the dental industry and served in a variety of operations and field management positions over the years with several dental organizations.
SmileCare was founded in 1977 to provide a full range of dental services under one roof. It operates more than 67 locations in California, Nevada, and Texas.
