OrthoSynetics, Metairie, La, manufacturer of business services to orthodontic and dental practices worldwide, has opened offices in Dallas and Atlanta to better serve the company’s practices throughout the region.

"These new regional offices confirm our operating principle that the heart of our organization is not at our corporate headquarters, but in the hundreds of practices we serve each day," said Chris Roussos, president and CEO of OrthoSynetics. "This is part of our commitment to expanding and strengthening our infrastructure to provide superior service to our existing customers, while bringing new doctors and practices into the OrthoSynetics family."

The Dallas-Fort Worth office will serve as the part-time operations base for Roussos and Tim Tiffin, the company’s chief information officer. The Atlanta office will serve as the home office of Susan McElvy, director of practice-enhancement consulting, and Don Caputo, who has joined the company as director of integrations.

Caputo brings 19 years of technology-management experience, most recently serving as general manager for Specialty Appliances, a provider of fixed and removable dental appliances. He previously served as vice president of operations at Oasys Practice, director of IT services for Arthur Anderson, and director of customer service with PracticeWorks. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in computer technology.
