Messias Rodrigues, DDS, MSc, has written Simplified Straight-Wire Technique, a book that outlines the benefits of using Tip-Edge® brackets, manufactured by TP Orthodontics, in conjunction with conventional Straight-Wire brackets.
According to Rodrigues, by placing Tip-Edge brackets on canines, practitioners can avoid many of the problems encountered with traditional Straight-Wire treatment. The 543-page hardcover book is illustrated with more than 1,000 full-color photos of more than 20 individual cases. Each case is presented and explained in thorough detail.
Originally published in Portuguese, the book is now available in English and Spanish. All three versions are available for purchase through TP Orthodontics Inc.
