The company highlighted its integrated aligner features, pediatric treatment options, and recycling program commitments during the annual session.
Angelalign Technology Inc showcased its portfolio of clear aligner features and industry partnerships at the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) Annual Session 2026 in Orlando, Florida. The company, which has been in the industry for more than 23 years and treated 2 million patients globally, highlighted its history of product development and clinical options for orthodontic professionals.
“These are exciting times at Angel Aligner. Our innovation story didn’t start yesterday—it spans more than two decades of category defining innovations that have genuinely changed what orthodontists can achieve for their patients. AAO 2026 was the perfect stage to celebrate that legacy and look ahead to what’s next,” says Jason Tabb, vice president and general manager of North America, in a release.
Integrated Aligner Features
Introduced 8 years ago, the angelButton provides 360-degree flexible elastic use and placement options integrated directly into the aligner, eliminating a separate bonding step. The feature has been used in more than 460,000 cases, with over 100 million buttons integrated into aligners worldwide.
The company also highlighted its A6 Mandibular Advancement feature, which has been on the market for 11 years. Across four generations of development, the Class II treatment option has been used in over 70,000 cases and utilizes dynamic sizing and placement of blocks to maximize clinical efficacy.
Pediatric Treatment Options
Launched in 2024 as part of the KiD aligner system, the angelHook is designed for maxillary protraction in growing patients. The feature is engineered to withstand 20N of force, or 2,000 grams, when used with a facemask. Since its introduction, the angelHook has been utilized in more than 2,000 cases, according to the company.
Industry and Sustainability Partnerships
Beyond clinical features, Angel Aligner emphasized its community partnerships. The company is partnering with the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation (AAOF) to support orthodontic education and research.
Additionally, Angel Aligner pledged support for the Midwest Association of Orthodontists (MASO) Tiny Changes Recycling Program. The sustainability initiative is now open to all orthodontists across the continental US and Canada.
