The company introduced new curing hardware and software at AAO 2026, alongside strategic alliances to scale its digital aligner technology in the US market.

Graphy Inc announced its commercial expansion into the North American market following its participation at the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) 2026 Annual Session in Orlando, Florida. The company highlighted clinical validation of its shape memory aligner (SMA) technology, introduced new production infrastructure, and finalized multiple global partnerships.

New Production Hardware and Software

At the event, Graphy debuted the Tera Harz Wide Cure and the SMA Portal, which serve as the foundation for its scalable production model. The Tera Harz Wide Cure uses nitrogen-curing technology to increase productivity by 3.7 times, allowing for the simultaneous curing of more than 30 aligners, says the company. The system is designed for both in-office production and large-scale manufacturing.

The SMA Portal is an integrated software platform that manages the digital workflow from initial design to final production. Together, the hardware and software aim to support a platform-based business model for the company.

Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Growth

To expand its digital ecosystem, Graphy announced integrations and alliances with several industry companies. An integration with DentalMonitoring, the AI-based remote monitoring platform, will allow for tracking of treatment progress and patient compliance, according to Graphy.

Graphy also partnered with Clear Forward to assist clinics and labs in integrating SMA technology into existing digital infrastructures. Additionally, a joint project with ArchForm and DentalMonitoring is underway to develop a workflow that unifies aligner design, production, and monitoring.

During the event, Graphy signed a memorandum of understanding with Eye&I, a New York-based healthcare management company specialized in optometry and ophthalmology clinics. The partnership aims to integrate Graphy’s digital solutions into broader healthcare networks to drive expansion into the US dental sector.

Clinical Validation and Market Demand

During the AAO session, orthodontic specialists including Prof Ravindra Nanda, Prof Ki-Beom Kim, and Dr Kenji Ojima delivered lectures on the clinical applications of SMA-based treatment. The presentations focused on the shape memory properties of the aligners, including continuous force delivery and treatment predictability.

“AAO 2026 was the moment interest in our technology transformed into concrete business opportunities,” says a Graphy representative, in a release. “With its SMA-based ecosystem and new infrastructure like the Wide Cure and SMA Portal, Graphy is driving a new era of revenue growth across the global market.”
