The company is the latest to partner with the nonprofit that aims to empower and grow women leaders in dental support organizations.
Darby Dental Supply announced its partnership with Women in DSO, a nonprofit group aimed at empowering and increasing the number of women leaders in dental support organizations. As a founding sponsor, Darby reportedly will support women throughout the industry through strategic networking opportunities, professional mentorship, and specialized education.
“We are excited to partner with Women in DSO® and look forward to creating a more inclusive, diverse and welcoming DSO space,” said Michael Caputo, president of Darby Dental Supply. “Together, we can support the female leaders of the present, recognizing their powerful contributions, while working to mentor and inspire the female leaders of the future.”
Women in DSO offers a variety of resources to its members including networking events, professional committees to join, coaching and mentorship opportunities, as well as access to job boards and career advancement tools.
CandidPro and Carestream Dental also announced partnerships with Women in DSO in the last month.
