The funding will support international expansion and product development for the company’s remote orthodontic monitoring software.
DentalMonitoring, a company specializing in AI-powered remote orthodontic monitoring, has secured a $100 million investment led by Lazard Elaia Capital and ISALT. The company, which achieved operational profitability in 2025, plans to use the capital to fuel international expansion and product innovation.
Funding to Support Expansion and Innovation
The new capital will enable DentalMonitoring to reinforce its position in core markets, including Europe, the US, Australia, and Japan. The company also plans to expand into new regions such as Brazil, Turkey, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
In addition to geographic expansion, the investment will support continued product innovation. DentalMonitoring recently launched a new software development center to strengthen its AI research and development capabilities. The company also intends to expand integrations and partnerships with appliance manufacturers, practice management software providers, and intraoral scanning companies.
“Lazard Elaia Capital brings both capitals, a strong network, and strategic expertise in building category-leading health tech companies, which make them an ideal partner for our next chapter. Our goal is to bring a new standard of care in orthodontics, leveraging AI to enable efficient clinical supervision outside of practice,” says Philippe Salah, CEO of DentalMonitoring, in a release.
AI-Powered Remote Monitoring
Founded in 2014, DentalMonitoring provides an AI platform for remote orthodontic treatment monitoring that currently serves more than 2 million patients. The software integrates with various ecosystem players and is designed to improve clinical efficiency and patient communication.
“We back companies that build categories, not features. DentalMonitoring’s team is creating an operating system for modern dental care,” says Alexandre Margoline, managing partner at Lazard Elaia Capital, in a release. “Their AI remote monitoring platform scales globally with a treatment and appliance-agnostic model that works with every clinic and every OEM. This combination creates real defensibility and growth opportunities.”
