With a new datacenter based in the eastern part of the country, Dolphin Cloud and Cloud Subscription users can expect an improved customer experience.
Dolphin Imaging & Management Solutions announced the expansion of its cloud server infrastructure with the addition of a datacenter in the eastern United States. According to the company, this new datacenter will improve the customer experience by hosting practice data in closer proximity to practices in that region.
“We are excited about adding this new datacenter to our Cloud infrastructure,” says Michael Zazucki, manager of Dolphin Support. “Dolphin customers across the United States will enjoy a more consistent Cloud experience regardless of location.”
Dolphin Cloud and Cloud Subscription are cloud-based solutions that allow dental professionals to run Dolphin software without the need for a local server. The service includes automatic software updates and backups.
