Rhinogram, Chattanooga, Teen, a cloud-based, HIPAA-complaint, telehealth solution, announced its integration with Cloud 9 practice management software. With the integration, Cloud 9 will now offer practices the ability to communicate with patients in real-time via simple texts (SMS) and multimedia texts (MMS) or one-tap access directly from a practice’s Facebook ad, allowing practices to better engage with patients while streamlining workflow.
According to a press release from Rhinogram, the complete history of social media and SMS messages, which cannot be edited, are archived in the patient’s communication record within Rhinogram, allowing practitioners to quickly and conveniently reference past communication with their patients.
