SmileDirectClub recently introduced a new initiative called Lifetime Smile Guarantee. Through this latest company initiative, qualifying consumers are eligible to receive a free set of aligners annually.
According to the company, customers who complete the SmileDirectClub clear aligner therapy and order two retainers per year are eligible to receive new aligners if an orthodontist or general dentist determines as necessary to achieve the desired treatment outcome.
SmileDirectClub chief clinical officer, Jeffrey Sulitzer, said the new program helps to ensure its club members can keep their new smile for life and reap the additional benefits.
