Gary Baughman, DDS, MS, of Stockton, Calif, received the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists (PCSO)’s 2009 Annual Session Honoree Award at [removed]the recent Annual Session[/removed] in Phoenix. The award is given annually to a PCSO member who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and professional qualities and who has given unselfishly of his time and talent to promote the association and the orthodontic profession.
 
Baughman participates in the Peninsula Orthodontic Research Group. He is a member of the Edward H. Angle Society and a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He has served the PCSO as a director, officer, and chairman of the delegation to the AAO, and in 2005 was presented the PCSO’s Award of Merit. He also participates in his local and state professional societies as well as other honorary dental organizations such as the American College of Dentists.
