Forestadent USA, St. Louis, will award $15,000 in scholarships for the 2010-2011 school year to residents enrolled in an accredited orthodontic residency program in the United States. According to the company, the new program was developed to help offset rising education costs and to give back to the orthodontic community.
Three awards in the amount of $5,000 each will be given this fall. The applicants will be reviewed by a panel of industry professionals. Winners will be selected based on achievements, character, and academic merit.
