GC America Inc, Alsip, Ill, offers GC Fuji TRIAGE, a dental glass ionomer sealant that is free of Bis-GMA and Bisphenol A (BPA).
GC Fuji TRIAGE is moisture tolerant. It can be placed on a partially erupted tooth for earlier protection than with a resin sealant, according to the company. In addition, GC Fuji TRIAGE releases fluoride on an ongoing basis and is quick setting.
The sealant is available in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
