The Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics (PCSO) recognized two Opal Orthodontics advisory board members for their achievements and contributions to the PCSO and the field of orthodontics. Terry McDonald, DDS, and Rick McLaughlin, DDS, were honored at the PCSO annual session in Honolulu.
During the session, McDonald received the Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognizes Ìexceptional personal effort by a PCSCO member to advance the art and science of the orthodontic speciality.Î McDonald is the third recipient of this award. Previous awardees include Larry Andrews, DDS, and Art Dugoni, DDS.
McLaughlin received an Award of Merit from the PCSO. The award was established in 1987 to honor those within the geographic boundaries of the PCSO who have made a significant contribution to the profession of orthodontics.
