Solutions by Design, Clovis, Calif, has introduced bLink Pulse, an administrative tool created to monitor users’ bLink activity. bLink Pulse is designed to test all bLink products before any transmissions go live, and to continue to verify and monitor all future transmissions.
For example, the software can detect a time-stamping error on e-mails set for transmission to patients. Pulse will automatically terminate all erroneous transmissions. According to the company, bLink Pulse has features that check, clean, and acknowledge before the patient receives any communication.
